The strange spot on the soccer cleat is likely a built-in feature called a "stitching reinforcement." This is a reinforced area of the cleat that is designed to provide extra durability and support in a high-stress area of the shoe. It helps to prevent the cleat from tearing or wearing out quickly, especially during intense gameplay. This feature is common in many soccer cleats and is intended to enhance the overall performance and longevity of the shoe. **

That strange spot on the soccer shoe is likely a scuff or a mark from wear and tear. It could also be a build-up of dirt or mud from playing on the field. It's common for soccer shoes to get scuffed and marked during play, especially if the player is aggressive and active on the field. Regular cleaning and maintenance can help keep the shoes in good condition. **

The training plan for the soccer training of the first team typically includes a combination of technical drills, tactical exercises, physical conditioning, and match simulations. The focus is on improving individual skills, team cohesion, and overall performance on the field. Training sessions are usually held multiple times a week and are tailored to address the specific strengths and weaknesses of the team. Additionally, there may be a strategic plan in place to prepare for upcoming matches and competitions. **

Soccer training on the ground can be beneficial for players as it allows them to work on their footwork, ball control, and passing skills in a more controlled environment. It also helps players develop a strong foundation and understanding of the game. However, incorporating a variety of training methods, including on the ground and in the air, can help players develop a well-rounded skill set and adapt to different game situations. Ultimately, the best training approach will depend on the specific needs and goals of the individual player or team. **
