Here's my report from today's Women's National League clash between Sunderland Ladies and Derby County Ladies where a Bridget Galloway hat-trick helped Sunderland to a 5-2 win.

What was your take on Derby?   They had a solid start to the season but seem to be falling away.   I've seen them and I thought they were very rigid - players stick to their positions and they don't take opportunities to get full backs overlapping - get 3rd man runs from midfield etc.

In short a lack of creativity - I don't mean individual skills more a lack of intelligent movement and players who can capitalise on that by playing other than the obvious ball.
