Both first and second in the Southern and Northern divisions will be promoted this season to take the National Division up to 10 teams for next season.

England Cup Competitions / Re: Millwall v Bristol Academy

I thought he did OK, there were plenty of late tackles flying in, as you would expect at Millwall, and a lot of shouting from the touchline - fans and managers - so it must have been a hard for the officials.

Having said that, I am convinced Millwall had a stonewall penalty shout turned down just before half time

Good cup tie, I thought. Millwall were, as to be expected, very physical but Bristol did well to combat as well as possible. Thought Millwall were maybe good for extra time - they certainly had what looked like a stonewall penalty turned down first half and a good chance late on in stoppage time.

Looking forward to the draw tomorrow

Yes, not a great game but I thought in the end Barnet were worth their win. Only one team in it before Stacey's sending off, Forest came back into it for the last 20 mins but Barnet finished extra time stronger.

Some interesting quotes about Barnet's preparation for the game from the press conference:

Introduce Yourself / Hello

Hi All

Have enjoyed reading this forum (and posted a few articles) for a while so though I would introduce myself properly.

I am a journalism graduate trying to get experience and have decided women's football is the way to go! This is the first full season I have followed women's football, although I have written reports, etc for Charlton Women for a couple of years now and also helped out at Leeds whilst at University (the year they got to the FA Cup final).

Anyways... will be following as much of the Super League as possible and writing articles for so will hopefully improve my knowledge of the game and try to contribute on here as well. Just signed up to Twitter so anyone on there is welcome to follow me (@davidbrenchley) - will try and make it as interesting as possible!
