Women's Football / England Australia

Aus had a 16 year old in midfield, brought on 15 year old as sub.
Right back made debut at 15 at Olympics
Princess Ibini debut at 17

Sam kerr balloon d'or candidate not available but debut at 15.

English coaches thru the pathways are stuck on age limits and its daft to have be 16 to play  senior football in the womens game.

Well done to Bristol for parking the bus, as we all know Chelsea lack coaching creativity to break it down and thats despite lack of former Chelsea RTC players in their team.

caught the Spain game and apart from keeper they look like they could go far.
The best part was listen to Emma Hayes, she must have had an epiphnay moment as she was espousing the technical and tactical abilities of Spain now that they had reached the same physical levels as the USA.
Good to see haiti playing 14 years old in adult football.

The FA WSL / Whys is Australia producing top level coaches ?
« on: July 11, 2018, 09:13:17 AM »
2 coaches in the WSL at Bristol City and Arsenal
soccer (football) 4th sport in Australia with bugger all money
producing top coaches

England International Football / England 3 Russia 1

well done for qualifying, even better was 2 goals from crosses.
Can crossing be part of the RTC programs, rarely do you see sessions u14/16 with attacking from wide areas as the theme, but then again too many players at RTC can't strike a ball properly (this needs sorting at u10 /u12 ) as too much emphasis on BPO (ball possession opposition) and not enough of what you can do with the ball.

The FA WSL 2 / Lewes FC Championship club
« on: May 29, 2018, 12:03:37 PM »

Shame as other clubs had female pro license fifa instructors and 3 times national team managers and also FA staffer as potential head coach on 60k.

Hopefully the 90k loan according to 2017 finance report  isn't payable from the FA grant to the womens team , all the best with 12th women campaign to raise more money.

UEFA Champions League / #equalgame what a loads of nonsense
« on: May 24, 2018, 08:43:47 PM »
So the female champions league final doesn't get goal line officials like the mens game,
once again lip service with the phrase that pays from UEFA
stop treating the women game as second class.

The FA WSL / Congrats to Cobham ladies on the double
« on: May 16, 2018, 08:05:10 AM »
Well done on this season achievements.
No wonder emma hayes doesn't want to be seen as a role model with the football they displayed at Bristol.
The game standard wasn't any different to a county cup game between a wpl team and county team i watched recently.
to further the game , the difference between the international/pros and amateurs needs to be greater.

Women's Football / Whats the excuse from Cobham FC Ladies this time
« on: April 23, 2018, 08:14:07 PM »
having got the season changed for the top flight hayes still can't beat the continentals, perhaps she needs to look at her coaching.

despite bugger all money they still lead the group, English FA unable to produce players to beat the block despite spending 12 million.
