Exit paths for RTC

Lucky Arsenal now have 3 WSL paths, Arsenal, London Bees and now Spurs.

...although access to those teams does depend on where the exiting players live.

Less fortunate for the Midlands players now, will need to travel for WSL places and really only Brum in the patch now ...... most of the Leics rtc girls are heading to Leics based teams City, Foxes or Ladies. Derbyshire rtc players heading towards Notts, Derby and Leics all in WPL ......... some trialling with AV and Brum but those clubs have already got a clear pathway from their rtc........   Did your daughters clubs arrange pathways out of the rtc to senior football ......?

Most of the exiting u16 players at my daughter's RTC are moving up to the development squad. For those that weren't selected for the dev squad, I have heard that the rtc does advise players on options based on where they live. It's always a stressful time for the girls.
