Another coaching casualty?

Heard that Durham have lost another coach already? Are they and London doing something so wrong that the coaches are jumping ship or is it simply due to poor results?
Is womens football quickly morphing into the male set up already? I would have thought that teams would give the coaches more time to settle. If the franchise is 3(?) years then surely coaches would have 2 of those to sort things? Or am I being to idealistic

Lincoln had the same problem using one coach per season  ;D

GK coach has left but he is also a coach at the Sunderland CoE, so perhaps it's just prioritising his time?
