Today is the start of the Football World Cup.

Or as the Scottish call it... Thursday.

Aye, same for the Irish and Welsh ;) This time next week England will be calling it 'Another wasted journey'   :D

Andy Murray is British. Oh, what's that? He lost? The useless Scottish pillock.  :)

I'd rather a German conquer Wimbledon than Murray  ;D

Our English player in Norway, Becky Angus, says this:
2 games in and these refs and lines men in the WC are a bit crap....
Neymar should of had a red
Was not a penalty to Brasil
Croatias goal not given for some mysterious reason
Was a foul on a Croatian in the build up to Brasils 3rd goal
Mexico score TWO class goals, linesman incorrectly gives them as off side.
Massive calls all of them that has made that group a joke so far.
Alltid. Uansett.

I like Andy Murray, after all he has got a Frenchwoman as a coach, he cant be wrong  ;D

Referees certainly have a hard time at this world cup.

I knew I always liked Becky Angus for a reason.  She always makes me laugh.  She also read my mind like a book about most of those, including the build up on the third Brazilian goal.  They never replayed it to the obvious foul just over center the referee was standing right on top of.  Nice to know it's not just Toppserien referee's that swallow their whistles.

. . and in US college football she once told a referee to "grow some f*** balls" and got a yellow card :)
