He put her in his "U23" squad before though, along with Dowie...

Maybe he thinks the other wingers are better than her ? At least he has put Dowie and Carter in, it is a start, shame he did not remove some players. The only looser is Bassett who doesn't get a club game atm for some reasons. The other two missing from the Euros are injured.

Didn't expect much else actually, at least form players Dowie and Carter have been given a chance. As I've said before Hope, Brent and Mo are all tarred with the same brush, squad overhaul won't take place until new head coach takes over.

A lot of 'wide' players. Actually carter is best as striker not wide, carney not at her best on wing at the moment. Probably better midfield. Yes davison should be there, flaherty too and probably a number of others. Same old and players still not playing best form.

Hope FA change it up by bringing in a manager with new ideas. Paul Riley has such a good reputation, he has no chance! Would be my choice as Canada manager seems out of frame! Hills , Marley same old!

Sushi not included this time. Hasn't started for Chelsea for a few weeks. Can't be injured she's been playing some minutes.

Yeah i've noticed this, not played since Euros? Not injured as tweets from End of August are about her training? Odd this Club Captain? Falling out perhaps? Investigate Sylvain! Also I think Susi has had off field issues perhaps?

Women's football interim  manager  Brent Hills is hopeful that the role he has played in developing England's players will help him become the next manager of the women's national team.

The Under-23 coach has taken charge of the side on an interim basis following the sacking of Hope Powell in August.

The Football Association is due to name Powell's successor in October
