if a football club financially goes under....
« on: March 05, 2013, 09:13:08 PM »
Does the boys and girls centre of excellence go under with it? Just curious really as there's a club in our county in financial difficulty that runs a boys Coe under same club name but the girls Coe is run under the county name but still linked to the club. I.e. both Coe train at same venue, joint presentation nights etc.

Just curious as to what on earth would happen ? Would the licence be given to another club to run?

girls coes are totally seperate and funded seperately, obviously if they share paying for a facility it could cause problems, but the girls coe is not exempt from law.
if they have signed agreements to part pay/share then it could cause problems.
best ask directly.
