« on: August 18, 2011, 06:58:30 PM »
IRELAND boss Susan "SuRo" Ronan has named a 24-player squad for next week's friendly with Switzerland.

In a shock development, there was no place for Birmingham City crackshot Stef Curtis.

The exclusion of Scottish convert Ruesha Littlejohn and Canadian stalwart Ciara McCormack is sure to spark controversy.

No fewer than SIX of Peamount United's Champion's League stars are handed call ups.

A handful of youngsters from the 2010 U17 World Cup team are drafted in.

The USA-based McDonnell sisters are also recalled, despite chequered spells at club level.
