Looks as if it is - F.A. and Blackburn's site have it posted, but unusually it's not on Fair Game and they're usually careful with their fixture info.. If it's on, it's scheduled for Clitheroe as usual with a 7.45pm start according to the 9th March post on the Rovers site.

It's just that we're not looking at the same source. The fixtures change around so much that I don't look at the long-term info. on the Fair Game site just at the newslinks. They're still only listing one game for the National Division on Thursday for this week's midweek fixtures but it looks as if they're wrong this time.  I've amended the first post.

Finished 0-2 to the visitors Everton with Blackburn offering very little.. Bit of a rally second half but they just couldnt break down an impressive Everton side

We still need 8 points of 12, we should be able to do it.

Maybe but it would be funny if you did a 'Rangers' and stumbled at the finish line

You seem to find a lot of things funny these days. It would be funny to see how Arsenal fair as underdogs against Everton next season after reading Mo's comments in the Guardian the other week.

Well you have to laugh, I'm not sure what comments you mean as I can't find them on line.  The Guardian seem to be as shambolic as the government they support, ha....
